I am a certified Human Resources Professional with over 5 years of progressive experience. I have discovered my passion for operational organization after being in an organization that had none. Everyone was timid because they believed that structure would compromise the ideas and quality of the work that they were doing. I believe there is a balance to be found for both ideas.

I have a strong foundation in developing policies, strategic plans, and executing programming intended to expand inspiration and commitment. I have experience in several different environments both in terms of team dynamics and the size of the company. I can make invaluable contributions to your team and offer innovative business solutions all while maintaining the strictest on confidentiality.

I have an extensive background in employee life cycle and retention as well as analyzing engagement data to implement My expertise/experience consists of:
• Strategic Plan development
• Recruiting strategy development

• Development of workplace policies that are compliant with all local san state laws and regulations

I work tirelessly to balance the needs of the clients as with the rights of workers. To do this, I stay current with employment law and actively involved in Human Resources Associations to ensure accurate and continuous compliance.

Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
Hours will rely on the nature of the project and the agreed-upon contractual conditions. In most cases, I prefer to work Monday-Friday, 2 pm – 8 pm; Saturday, 7 am – 1 pm (EST).

Please do not let this hinder you from reaching out. I am always likely to answer calls/emails at any time of the day unless I am in an already scheduled meeting. Depending on how you prefer to communicate, there will never be more than a 12-hr delay in response.

Communication:
I prefer to work with an open line of communication.

Project timeline:
Hard deadlines work best for me, even if it is a soft deadline for you. I always want to get you a final product ahead of the due date so if there are any changes, we have the opportunity to get it perfect!

Added responsibilities:
If there are new tasks that you would like me to take on, please let me know! If they are significant, we may have to adjust the rate, but something small and negligible is totally fine! Either way, don’t hesitate to reach out and make the request!!

I will do my best to over-communicate with you to make sure you are always aware of my timeline on the project and if any hiccups have occurred and what the adjusted timeline. If you think that something has not been communicated clearly or need to change something, just let me know! I will be more than happy to make the adjustments

I deeply appreciate an open line of communication. If you're ever questioning where I am on a project, worried that you didn't convey the task clearly enough, or need me to take on something outside of the agreement---JUST ASK! I will return the favor of creating open communication on my end as well.

Payment:

I prefer to discuss payment privately as each organization is unique in its payroll requirements.
