I'm an all-around asset, that strikes a very unique balance between technical skills (computer science background and 5 years in software development), product knowledge (+4 years in senior product roles) and soft/people skills (especially demonstrated during my +3 years in Barceló Hotels).
I’ve been lucky enough to work and develop myself across a very diverse sets of projects, dealing with internal products as well as client-oriented products (both in B2B and B2C environments).
I would define myself as an optimistic, self-motivating person who always tries to maintain a can-do attitude. In the organizations and teams where I’ve worked in, I’ve always tried to lead by example, no matter the role or position. I enjoy human interaction and am strong believer in transparency, fluent communication and trust, as key drivers to success and team well-being.
I have never resisted change, which I see as inherent and unstoppable in today’s fast-moving society, and have adapted well in different circumstances throughout my career and personal life. I have lived in different countries (forcing me to adapt to diverse cultures and ways of working) and have gone through a career shift in my desire to pursue a product- related career.
I have been involved in relevant transformational projects and having navigated (common) financial down-turns in start-up environments.
