Take a minute to think about what exactly makes your business run. The first thing that may come to your mind is money. Of course, money does have quite the impact on the survival of your business. But, aside from the financial rewards, there's one other major factor.

Your customer should be your primary concern as a business owner. Because, as we all know, customers are the reason the financial rewards ARE there.

Studies have shown -- including one I've done on my own -- that people will judge a business by their customer engagement and web presence. But, in order to engage with your customers, you must know how to keep their interest.

That's where I come in. I've spent many years as a freelancer. I've spent time composing everything from short blog posts to in-depth articles into rare medical procedures.

I'm open to almost any and every topic. Although my primary experience outside of freelancing is pet care and childcare.
