I am a dedicated professional and I pride myself on being detail-oriented, hard-working, and reliable. I am able to follow deadlines and instructions and work independently in order to accurately and efficiently finish projects. After working for over a decade in various office environments, I have decided to use the skills and experiences that I have gained throughout the years and establish myself as a freelancer.

Over the years, I have worked in various customer-facing and administrative positions in different industries, from big corporations to family-run businesses to just established start-ups. My work included project and operation management, data entry, research and planning, managing clients and a team of employees, implementing social media accounts and digital promotion, looking after payroll and generating invoices, reviewing contracts, customer research, evaluating KPIs, handling budgets, scheduling trips for the team, and various other smaller daily admin tasks.
