My life motto - not to favor conflict situations. My personal skill is ability to persuade my interlocutor. It is also very important during business negotiations, when, for example, there are situations concerned with rise in prices, calls of unsettled debts and so on.
Manager’s profession is to represent one’s own employer on the on hand and to represent one’s customer on the other hand. Such state of affairs often demands from a manager to be creative and to know how to find a flexible way, which can differ every time, to be able to make both sides find their own positive solutions. And I have got such abilities.
Communication and relations are peculiar to any kind of activity. They are of great importance in commercial relations. I consider myself sociable and I always tend to keep business and personal relations with my partners and customers. I know very well where the frontier between work and private life is.
It is also very important when working in team. So I and my colleagues can always rely on mutual support, though I remind them their duties.
In my present work I have formulated general goals and objectives and promoted optimal expense of power and resources of my stuff. That is why we are working with gusto and have effect.
I give a necessary free rein to my subordinates for creativity and initiative and together we use our team work for progress. And as a result every one sincerely considers his work to be his own business.
My technical competence is in production engineering of window and door systems. Manufacture of tools and equipment for PVC processing, aluminium windows and glass packs. From unit devices to all - round automation of production.
In the adjacent field of PVC - profiles, I developed my technical knowledge (PVC - profiles and windows manufacture).
Left musical school. Since childhood I have played the guitar.
Married for 16 years. Daughter is 13 years and two sons are 10 and 7 years old.
