I have got exposure into in the areas of HR Operations, Client Management, Training and Development, Team Handling, Employee Retention, Staffing, Performance Management, Strategy Alignment, Process Development and Change Management.
A smart, dynamic person with lots of enthusiasm & positive attitude. I have got expertise in managing clients & team as well. I have worked in IT sector like HP and education sector like Adamas University. Currently I am working with Codedata, US start up as a HR Advisor on part time basis to balance my family and career.
