Action oriented and inquisitive. My career to date confirms my situations flexibility and potential to resolve and quickly implement solutions in plant operations, commissioning new plants/upgrades and optimisation of existing operations. My leadership style is assessed as adaptable depending on local conditions and his communications style is direct and clear as required. I am also capable of explaining technical metallurgical and process engineering issues and solutions in ‘plain language’.Worked as an Independent Contractor/Consultant since (1990), specialising in plant commissioning/design/operations and production optimisation. The nature of work to date has revolved around contracts from short, medium and long-term duration. My abilities are well regarded for outcomes achieved.

Work Terms

The ideal and preferred role would be internationally based with middle to large mining houses seeking process engineer/metallurgist with strong optimisation and business credentials who are commercial outcomes focussed.
