1.Developed a comprehensive NPD Process that effectively cater to various types of Projects undertaken by the Organization.
2.Map the best suited Process and ensure that it’s easy to understand, with clear definition of Scope – Project initiation points, tasks, deliverables, their ownership, timely inputs from CFT for Project execution.
3.Periodic improvements in the NPD Process by adding fact based inputs for timely decision making at appropriate levels.
4.Improving the NPD quality by integrating the functional excellence like DFM, DFA, DFE, DFMEA, PFMEA.
5.Periodic training and assessment of team involved in NPD process and performing the GAP analysis.
6.Document the NPD and its associated business documents with periodic upgradation.
7.Conducting a POC for Customers for Windchill Applications namely PDMLink, ProjectLink, MPMLink, PartsLink
8.Document a complete plan / architecture on step by step mapping & implementation of company’s Process workflows which are associated to Design and Manufacturing.
9.Market Research & Customer Requirements
10.Preparing Detailed Budgeting on IT (Infrastructure) requirements for R&D, participating in purchasing the same and integrating with the implementation plan.
