A proven track record of working as a Mechanical Designer cum Aluminium Estimator with over 21 years experience. In different companies the position of Aluminium Estimator and Façade Designer , Familiar with almost all the European systems available in the middle east like Aluk (Italy), Schuco (Germany), Installux (France), Reynaers (Belgium), Guttman (Greece), Technal (Sweden), and UAE systems like Gulf Extrusion, Emirates Extrusion , Al Jaber Extrusion, Vistawall International , Smart , and Balexco (Bahrain), Napco (Oman), Alupco (KSA ), Nalexco (Dubai).
Appointment preferably within Aluminum Façade / Curtain Wall or Mechanical Fields or any other related Fields. 11 years in Aluminium Facade business in UAE & Pakistan. Starting from manual shop drawing drafting and quantity take off to the higher level of management and consulting in Façade business, the following skills and expertise where obtained, system design and detail drawing with latest CAD software - material take off and optimization, purchasing, and suppliers relations- project quantity take off and cost control - estimation using own spread sheet compatible with all known aluminium systems used in UAE with ability to accept new systems - tender preparing and submitting including negotiation, value engineering , proposals, and finalization of deals - variation claims and co ordination with project managers - project management.- estimation team leading and supervision of tender department- marketing and sales resulting a wide range of connections and relations with contractors and consultants. - General management for business.
