As Director of Compliance I developed corporate compliance programs and training projects. In my role I oversaw, developed metrics, reviewed policies, interpreted and applied rules, regulations and requirements related to, not limited to, Anti-Bribery/Corruption, Audit and Controls, Billing Practices, Business Code, Business Continuity Plans, Chief Security Office, CPNI, Cybersecurity, Data Protection, EEO and Harassment, EH&S, Fraud Prevention and Review, Labor and Employment, PCI, Privacy/Identity Protection, RIM, Risk Management, SARA, Security Policies, SPI, Technology Accessibility, Third Party Supplier Oversight.
Development of metrics to resolve complex issues, identify vulnerabilities, manage risk, 0 review corporate policies, interpret, and apply national laws and regulations to business units were accomplishments while working within various compliance roles. I created and implemented audit controls, perform data analysis and validation. I collaborated with Legal, Public Policy, Security and Privacy, External Legislative and Regulatory Affairs’ units. Quarterly, at minimum, I reported compliance and audit updates to executive and officer levels.
I have earned both a Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Kennesaw State University in the state of Georgia. My areas of focus were Professional Government and Politics during undergraduate studies, Governmental Administration and Policy Analysis during graduate years.
I have developed the talent to lead and integrate cross-functional teams to ensure superior performance outcomes.
