Project Architect  
? undertook the construction of a 5 star hotel in the Kefalos Kos district and under the name "WHITE ROCK OF KOS" with a total cost of construction of 6,900,000.00 €. As an Architect I have made several
interventions to meet the needs of today's times and to be a viable business.
The interventions that took place concerned the aesthetic part of the Hotel (interior
and exterior design). In order to reduce operational costs, solutions were provided
revisioning  the mechanical equipment and also with the application of better insulating
materials. At the same time interventions were made in swimming pools by designing
new ones and revising the existing ones with the purpose of upgrading the hotel by
utilizing the slope of the ground (30%) of inclination. Briefly:
• Revision of the building permit (concept design, drafts, technical designs) by
providing solutions for the best use of the investment.
• Revision of the economic and technical study.
• Interior and exterior design.
• Supervision of the construction of the Hotel
• Economic management with the sub- contractors.
• Created, printed and modified drawings in AutoCAD.
• Met with municipal building department and other governing agency officials to
coordinate approvals.
• Consulted with clients to determine functional and spatial requirements of the new
structure.
• Interior design.
• Analysed project feasibility and costs prior to drafting designs.
• Coordinated with clients, consultants and contractors during construction bidding.
• Verified that construction detail documentation conformed to quality assurance and
best practice standards.
• Kept the project on schedule and within budget while serving as project leader.
• Prepared various exhibits for attorneys for public meetings and legal resolutions.
• Created, printed and modified drawings in AutoCAD, Sketch up , cinema 4d for
3d visualization.
