A dynamic professional with nearly 11 years of experience in Customer Support, Process Execution & Process Improvement.

With over 11 years of work experience in ITES/BPO/KPO out of which two years into customer service and 9 years into transactional quality and Process Improvement. Was lucky enough to work with some renowned companies and Projects to name a few - Accenture, Disney, SEI, UK Based market research account, Chase, Canadian ISP. Successfully driven and maintained Six Sigma projects and adhered to clients requirement in terms of maintaining the quality of the account and maintaining a healthy relationship with all customers and users of the service.

Work Terms
