About

I bring a goal-oriented mindset and a quick-learning attitude to any project or team. I give my best in all tasks or responsibilities to deliver quality standards in a given period.

I have been working for eight years in Real Estate and Construction companies. I have been a Project Engineer in a Landscaping Project, an Office Engineer assigned to the operations of a Batching Plant wherein I monitor all materials used and coordinated with all clients pertaining to their orders or schedule of pouring, a Cost Engineer that is responsible for estimating structural and architectural plans and Billing preparation for submission to clients, a Senior Liaison Officer that is responsible for title conversion of buyers and Technical Services Engineer/Permits Assistant that is responsible for all documentation, application, follow up and release of all permits needed necessary for Land Development and House/Building construction. I have only three months of experience working from home. It was during the pandemic. But in those three months, I have been productive by checking and organizing data and files on my computer. I also prepared Budget Requests and Approvals for projects or processes needed when work resumed internally and transactions with the government offices. So that when work is continued, all will be ready for application and processing. I also submitted daily accomplishments during those three months.
