Work Terms
Communication: I will communicate with the client via email, phone, or any other platform agreed upon by both parties.
Payment: Payment terms will be agreed upon before the start of the project. A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion of the project.
Revisions: A reasonable number of revisions will be included in the project scope. Any additional revisions requested by the client will be subject to additional fees.
Timeline: The timeline for the project will be agreed upon before work begins. Any delays caused by the client may result in a revised timeline.
Ownership: The client will own all rights to the work produced upon full payment of the project fee. Until full payment is received, I reserve the right to display the work in my portfolio.
Confidentiality: All information shared by the client will be kept confidential and will not be shared with any third party without prior written consent from the client.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project at any time with written notice. The client will be billed for any work completed up until the termination date.
Liability: I will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the client or any third party as a result of the work produced, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.
