Twenty seven years ago I became a lawyer - well, a barrister to be precise as I am based in the U.K. I completed my Law Degree (LLB Hons.) and undertook my professional qualification (Bar Finals). I have spent many years appearing as an advocate in the criminal courts and drafting legal documents and advices.
Now, I'm not going to tell you what age I am..... but after a couple of decades of dedicated legal work I decided to incorporate other skills and specialities into my career portfolio. I have always loved words and literature and thus my attention turned to ways in which I could combine both work and pleasure. My partner is an author so I started to edit and proofread his books (for free!) and found that I really enjoyed the whole process. I have developed my skills while still practising at the Bar but have now decided to devote myself to editing, proofreading and creative content writing - hence the reason you're reading this now.
I have undertaken projects involving the writing and revision of speeches,
eBook editing, proofreading and editing website and advertisement content as well as business document modification and revision. I am currently developing my creative writing portfolio and am in the process of publication.
I have always been involved in training and teaching and I have designed and delivered courses in various types of communication skills. I have written and revised legal and business reports and have created original content for websites and eBooks. In every field I ensure effective and concise communication of all necessary information in a clear and interesting format. If you're looking for waffle then I'm afraid I'm not the girl for you!
I am vegetarian, love to cook and walk my dogs and can normally be found with my nose in a book. I want to foster ongoing and positive relationships with my clients.

Work Terms
I work flexible hours and can deal with emergencies at short notice. I am based in Europe and so if I don't get back to you immediately it may be that I'm asleep. If I'm awake, I will always respond quickly and welcome queries at any time. I would prefer payment by the Guru SafePay system. I have quoted an hourly rate but am flexible about payment terms and will also accept payment by task.
