Swaroop has headed the India office of KTGY Group Inc., California. He started the India office under the mentorship of Rohit Anand, Principal at KTGY. Rohit is one of the leading US influencers and innovation exponent of residential and mixed-use Architecture. Teaming up with Rohit has given him an exemplary vision and core values of continuous innovation, community sensitivity, sustainability, and commitment to quality. This reflects in his designs of work, living and visit spaces.
His role as General Manager-Architecture at Oberoi Realty Limited gave him a thorough understanding of design management and real estate strategies for large scale mixed-use developments as well as Malls, Grade A+ office and high-rise residential tower.
Swaroop has worked as Director- India Operations for Craig Nealy Architects, NY.Craig Nealy is known for his bespoke luxury interior design for private residences, hospitality, and retail store design of luxury brands
Prior to working with international architects to broaden his knowledge and perspective, Swaroop had his own firm and worked on numerous private residences, residential- commercial developments and office interior design. In addition, he has carried out numerous design and design-build for commercial spaces. His passion for design and creating experiential spaces keeps drawing him to work on projects which celebrate idea-driven and collaborative work.
