I proudly said, “I am a Problem Solver”. While working in different industries I learned many new things and always came up with solution to every problem. I started my work experience with US Apparel Ltd and it was my first interaction with textile industry, and I was working in quality department where I lead team of 4-5 checkers to get quality production. After that I started working in FC College as an administrative assistant and here, I have to assist teachers and staff with various things like office management and other facilities here I learned multitasking and agile to try new things which I have never tried.
After joining Abacus Consulting, I came to work with reliability department to work with corporate customers and supply. It makes me a good decision maker and problem solver. Wherever I worked I got best boss and got autonomy to make decisions as per me and they always guide me as a mentor. I take leverage of that autonomy and learned new things and sometime design better solutions.
Being good leader, I always lead my university projects and become a good leader. I tried to manage with everyone and give them ease to work with me to learn with them and it makes me to enjoy diversity and learned new things from that diversity.
