A scientist with 10 years of research experience and expertise in drug testing and assay biology. Some of my strengths are:
⦿ Flow cytometry (FACS data analysis in FlowJo /Cytoflow), Fluorescence microscopy (Image analysis using ImageJ), QPCR data analysis, Microbiology, and Biostatistical analysis, like regression and ANOVA (GraphPad Prism).
⦿ Mammalian and Stem Cell Culture (In vitro toxicology and DMPK studies, working with and development of 3D skin & tissue models, and transient and stable gene expression in CHO & HEK293 cell lines)
