Kushal is an Author, Decision Scientist, Down Syndrome Advocate and a Social Evangelist with 15 years of extensive experience across sectors and business practices. Over the last 15 years, Kushal has helped reputed banking, financial services, insurance and e-commerce companies in improving their financial performance and restructuring their balance sheets through applications of decisions sciences. While Kushal continues to work on fiction writing and decision science, he is now also dedicated to the cause of advocating inclusive environment for people with Down Syndrome - an increasingly common genetic condition in today's world.

Apart from his focus on the sector and decision science skills, he has been instrumental in coaching large number of management students and junior professionals aspiring to be business leaders or specialists in niche areas of applied finance and decision sciences.

He is also associated with education and healthcare charities in India, providing them honorary advisory for sustainability, scale-ability and financial planning.

“All In” is his debut in fiction and creative writing, one of his key areas of interest since his early days.

Apart from writing, he enjoys traveling, driving and golfing. He lives in Bangalore (India) with his wife and twin sons.
