Translation from English to Russian
My translation service started with my first trip to Jerusalem, Israel, where I was the only one Russian speaking with great English.
After I get familiar with the organization my first mission was a simultaneous translation of the conference, in a booth. Different speakers from all over the world participated in the conference, from the States, China, India, Africa, Latin America, the Pacific Islands, Japan, Korea, Central Asia, Russia, Europe. The main theme of the conference always vary, I had to keep up with speakers speaking on Technical, Industrial, Medical, Christian themes.
After 2 years of working as the conference translator, I was moved to the publishing department, where I was responsible for the translation of the different printed materials like books, journals, brochures, magazines from English to Russian, to be sent out to all world. At the same time, I had to keep my conference translation.
