Leading the operations of mobile backhaul L2 Team infrastructure for TT Mobile within a shared network environment. Through our joint venture company TT Mobile (Avea) we share sites, 3G RAN and backhaul for all technologies with TT Mobile.
LTE rollout has won a huge number of awards and given us worldwide recognition as a leader and pioneer, with backhaul playing a pivotal role in this success story.
I jointly lead a shared programme of work to enhance and develop further backhaul solutions, as well as TT Mobile own independent projects and integration into the core include IPSec.

The integration of the TT Mobile network into the existing TT grid, the accelerated rollout of LTE and new marketing initiatives to maintain our substantial lead on the competition have placed huge demands on backhaul and kept us all very busy. With all the changing conditions in the Turkey mobile market and regulatory evolution, the role is hugely challenging right now but also very rewarding.
Especialy new market trends turn up SDN / NFV structers. So I and my team grow up & develop SDN Project of firstly in Turkey Telecom sector. Network Servis Orchestrator offers reliable, stable and agile solution that is multi-layer and NFV/SDN supported using YANG as overall data-modelling language
