Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
As a graphics designer, I will be available from Monday to Saturday . However, I can also accommodate clients outside of these hours if necessary but it would be communicated on case-by-case basis.

Payment Terms:
In order to ensure a smooth and efficient working relationship, I require a 50% deposit upfront before starting any project. The remaining 50% can be paid upon project completion. I accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer and crypto payment.

Preferred Communication Style:
As a professional graphics designer, I prefer to communicate through emails, phone calls, and video conferencing. I am committed to providing prompt responses to my clients' inquiries and am always available for virtual meetings to discuss project updates or revisions. I believe honest communication is key to building a great client-designer relationship and will do my absolute best to ensure that all communications are clear, concise, and professional.

Project Timeline:
The timeline for each project will vary depending on the scope and complexity of the work. Once the project details have been finalized and confirmed by the client, I will provide an estimated timeline for project completion. I'm also open to discussing rush projects, in which case additional fees may apply.

Revisions:
I strive to deliver work that meets each client's expectations and needs. If there are any revisions required, I am willing to facilitate up to 2 revisions per project. Additional revisions may be charged, so it's imperative that the client provides concise feedback when applicable.

Confidentiality:
As a professional graphics designer, I understand the importance of confidentiality and take client privacy seriously. Any information shared with me will be kept confidential and not shared with any third parties without prior permission from the client.
