With 30 years in strategy, marketing, change management, communications, business development, and capability-building, Barron relocated to Ann Arbor MI in 2017– where he helps enterprises realize sustainable outcomes through application of customer experience, change management, and value creation principles – leveraging CX maturity, Prosci ADKAR®, and Service Value Chain methodologies. Previously, he joined Dallas based Targetbase (sub Omnicom Group) in early 2015 to stand up the customer experience change practice

Barron came to Targetbase from Indianapolis based Eli Lilly & Company, where he served as Global Capabilities Lead for the customer experience organization – where he worked, trained employees, and built customer relationships for Lilly's 44 global affiliates. This followed a role overseeing US Customer Engagement at Merck in Philadelphia, where he held senior roles leading strategy, multichannel marketing, and partner alliances.

Barron’s diverse background has enabled innovative approaches to client business challenges in the U.S., Canada, and in Western Europe, including enhanced marketing capabilities, training, communications planning, optimized customer relationships, and improved organizational design - - benefiting companies across the tech, travel & hospitality, telecom, pharmaceutical, energy, financial services, retail, and entertainment sectors.
