Bensiger is an experienced construction professional with over 30 years of which 20 years in Dubai in the fields of quantity surveying and civil engineering. He is currently a Quantity Surveyor for Construction Contract Management Consulting in India, involved in pre and post contract works for the company.
His ability to work in construction sites and cost management reporting skills, with structured approach, Integrity and proactive communication. His areas of expertise are in Pre Contract administration such as tendering documentation, tender evaluation and cost planning for buildings, roads, and infrastructure projects and Post Contract administration such as checking contractor’s valuation, preparation of payment certificates, financial reports, negotiating and agreeing new rates, valuing variations, keeping records, preparation of statement at completion, final statement, contractual correspondence, evaluation and preparation of report on contractor’s claim.
