Work Terms

General Terms and Conditions
1. BIGFAT IBUSINESSES undertakes to perform all its Services and product range diligently and in accordance with the compliance with the laws and regulations applicable at land of development location.
2. BIGFAT IBUSINESSES shall use all Customer documents with confidentiality and will not share to any third party excluding mandatory by the law.
3. Acceptance of the Proposal or simple payment of an invoice by the Customer for any of our Services/Product is a mark of Client's acceptance of our General Terms and Conditions.
4. In the event that any terms or condition is declared null and void by a court ruling, it will by default canceled and will not be part of the General Terms and Condition.
5. The services provided by third parties engaged by BIGFAT IBUSINESSES for Client requirements like-foreign agents, hosting, domain, template etc. are not included in BIGFAT IBUSINESSES' fees until mentioned.
6. Customer shall give their requirement, expectation, and taste specifically before accepting the offer. Any further changes not mentioned on offer, additional requirement or more than two iteration on User Interface will be chargeable Extra due to impact on input cost.
7. Any Delay in Payment will impact further allocation of resources to continue the project and may later lead to extra charges for resumption of the project.
8. The Client shall be solely liable for any charges/penalty that may result from wrong, incomplete or belated information from client.
9. The Client shall be solely responsible and liable for any charges/penalty that may result from unlawful implementation/uses of the product/service as per the Law of Land at use.
10. We don’t have any refund policy But may be entertain by BIGFAT exclusively depends on the cost incurs and prevailing supportive gesture to the client.
11. Client cannot further sale/Claim BIGFAT IBUSINESSES Product or Service as its own by any means.
