Work Terms

Hours of Operation:
The editing and proofreading service operates from Monday to Sunday as follows,
Monday 5:00 PM to 22:00 PM HKT
Tuesday 6:00 AM to 13:00 PM HKT
Wednesday 5:00 PM to 21:00 PM HKT
Thursday 5:00 AM to 21:00 PM HKT
Friday 5:00 AM to 21:00 PM HKT
Saturday 10:00 AM to 21:00 PM HKT
Sunday 10:00 PM to 21:00 PM HKT
However, we are available for urgent projects outside of these hours and on weekends, subject to availability.

I require a 50% deposit upfront for all projects. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project.

I prioritize clear and open communication with clients. I am available throughout the editing and proofreading process to answer any questions or concerns. I also provide regular updates on the progress of the project and welcome feedback from our clients. My aim is to ensure that my clients are satisfied with the final result.
