Instructional Designer

As an Instructional Designer it is my goal to create material that the audience will not only learn from but also stay engaged and in return enjoy the learning process. I started my journey as an Online English instructor for ESL students. With this work I had to be very creative to keep each student entertained as I researched their personal cultures to keep them engaged in their learning material.

My last "formal" opportunity for Instructional Design was in Corporate Training where I designed courseware or e-learning material for the company's products and processes. However, my experience includes K-12 e-learning material.

I am a recent graduate of a Master's of Humanities from Tiffin University where I concentrated in E-learning design.
