About

Servant leadership, making a difference.

I started Butler Leadership Services LLC after more than 30 years of leadership in the corporate world. Leadership is my passion, and my goal is to help leaders reach their potential. I specialize in working with new leaders and leaders who are struggling and trying to improve. I work with individuals and teams, and I provide 1-on-1 coaching and mentoring.

Too frequently we promote our best employees into leadership roles, but we don't take the time to help them build the skills that they need to be effective, let alone to excel. I can help fill that gap. I believe in servant leadership, and I help leaders understand that concept. I work with the belief that leaders are there to make other people successful.

I believe there are three principles that should guide what we do. We should:
1. Add value and make a difference every day.
2. Always do what's right.
3. Be Kind

Work Terms

I am extremely flexible. I can be available for short or long-term assignments, and can even work on retainer for the flexibility of your team. A retainer would guarantee an agreed upon number of hours over the period, and any additional hours would be paid at the hourly rate.
