Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Planning & Analysis, Valuations (DCF, Comparable company analysis, historical transactions analysis), preparing pitch books for investment banks, hedge funds, equity research firms.
Managed entire functions of portfolio of companies (including day to day accounting, statutory and tax compliance, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, invoicing, reconciliations, banking and treasury, payrolls, annual reporting, etc.)
Preparing board meeting and strategy related decks
Sales / revenue reporting for various divisions and at company level
Preparation of financial and strategic plans to help in management decision making
Thorough understanding of cost and revenue drivers of the business
Making presentation for review and decision making by senior management
Benchmark the company’s performance against competitors to provide valuable strategic inputs
Preparation of Financial forecasts / budgets and formulating budgetary controls including keeping tracking on available budget and expenses incurred
Preparation of Monthly MIS and Variance Analysis.

Work Terms

I work for 8 hours every day, payment terms vary from project to project depending on complexity of the assignment and time involved.
