Linguistic service with standard!

Hi there. My name is Caiwei Zhang. I was born in Peking, China and moved to Singapore with my parents at a later time. I received both my secondary and junior college level education there and am currently in the United States pursuing Ph.D. in Chemistry, at the University of Maryland, College Park. As such, I have acquired excellence in writing, speaking, reading and listening English, and certainly also Chinese.

My previous experience in Chinese/English translation would be a booklet on the global economic crisis for Standard Chartered, Hong Kong. I have also had one year experience working as a full-time editor in Singapore Asian Publications Pte. Ltd., Singapore, proofreading and editing books in English language.

Since I still have quite a few years left in my Ph.D. study, I think it is possible that I commit for long time as a part-time translator. Both daytime and nighttime translation are possible. Rest assured that I am also a responsible and easy-going person who always strive to keep the quality of work as well as keep up with schedules and meet deadlines.
