I am new to Guru, but I am not new to the working/writing world. Recruiting and teaching is my passion, but I have skills in many different things. I feel I have been blessed with many talents, but it is my mission to share those talents.
I have been in recruiting for 5 years with companies such as Manpower of Southern Nevada, Halliburton Oil Company, Wyoming Workforce Services, and Spectra Force Technologies. I took on several Human Resource functions while employed at several of these companies.
I have effectively increased not only their overall hiring capacity, but also the quality of candidates they employed. I have written marketing campaign letters and strategically developed hiring methods. I have been deeply engaged in teaching and writing resumes and other employment documents. In other lines of work on the side I have written grants, scholarships, developed a workforce program for teens, and still found time wash laundry and cook dinner at home.
Whatever your needs, you can expect the best customer service, organization of ideas, and a polished final product.

Work Terms
I have flexible work hours, which means I can complete work at all different times. I am available for voice calls every day after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time. Because I am so new to Guru, I am very negotiable with payment methods, times, and process. I am looking to build my portfolio on this site, so I would love to have a conversation about your needs and methods first. We can make it work where we both have mutual benefit from the contract.
