I am a bachelor's degree holder of Business Administration. I have been in the frontlines of the customer service field for about 15 years now. For the most part of my career, I have been working for top American clients in the BPO industry. I started in call centers working for Vonage, Comcast, and Timewarner Communications responding to incoming calls. Then I worked on a live chat billing project with AT&T responding to multiple chats at the same time. Then I moved on to an Account Management Associate role for RealPage, Inc. where I handle select accounts and help with several tasks to achieve their success. A year later I got promoted to Financial Account Manager where I oversee the financial health and status of the accounts assigned to me.
I am looking forward to learn more and be a valuable asset to a company's success.
