Be inspired and passionate in everything that matters

I have been in the BPO industry for more than 15 years. I have gained expertise with customer service. I manage emails, chats and calls. Multitasking and being keen to details is very important in what I do.

I am a customer myself and would love to provide quality to people in a way that I want to receive quality service as well.

Since the pandemic, I have been working from home and it brought me closer to family and friends. It allowed me to manage my time perfectly while working and having leisure time.

Most of my work experience is with a financial institution that focuses on Customer Experience.

Work Terms

I can work 4 to 6 hours a day Monday to Friday at any given time zone.
