As a result of graduating from law school and blogging currently, for years I have written literally every single day at very high levels. Work Terms
I typically enjoy writing from noon-2:30am. The rest of the time is needed for sleeping, eating, working out, preparing, etc.
I prefer communicating via email just so that everything is clear and that we both can refer back to what was stated if need be.
