Work Terms

1. Schedule Flexibility: Work hours are from Monday through Saturday, with varying hours based on the needs of the training sessions and participants.

2. Hourly Rate: The Compensation rate will be $36 per hour for all hours worked, including preparation time, delivery of training sessions, and any necessary follow-up activities.

3. Minimum Contract Hours: Each contract will require a minimum commitment of 40 hours worked. This ensures a consistent level of engagement and compensation for the facilitator.

4. Payment Terms: Payment will be issued on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on the terms agreed upon in the contract.

5. Overtime Compensation: Any hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour workweek will be compensated at the regular hourly rate of $36 per hour.

6. Travel and Expenses: If travel is required for training sessions, the company will pay for travel expenses, including transportation, accommodation, and meals, in accordance with company policies.

7. Training Materials: The contractor will provide any necessary training materials, resources, and equipment to effectively deliver training sessions.

8. Communication and Coordination: The training facilitator will maintain open communication with the contracting organization to coordinate schedules, address any concerns, and ensure the successful delivery of training programs.

9. Contract Duration: Each contract will specify the duration of the engagement, including start and end dates, as well as any renewal or termination provisions.
