I started a web site design company in 1995 where I held responsibilities for most roles in the company. I learned that my strength is in seeing the big picture while understanding enough of the details in order to understand my risk. I am able to engage diverse subject matter experts in support of a common goal and effectively lead change, when needed. My success is a result of always keeping the end customer needs in mind while ensuring that individual and team goals are aligned with the goals of senior stakeholders.
As a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Scrum Professional & Scrum Master, I have successfully delivered applications to Fortune 500 clients, optimized delivery processes for boutique engineering shops and led Scrum transformations for Engineering teams and inclusive of non-Engineering teams for a major technology company.
My executive experience enables me to ensure alignment on priorities and quickly remove impediments.I work as partner in all initiatives I participate in and select opportunities where I can bring the most value to any organization I work with.
