Been in the food and beverage industry for the past 20 years. I have worked my way up through the chains from prep cook to executive chef. I have an Associates Degree in Applied Science for Culinary Arts. I have worked in all areas and styles of restaurants. From individually owned, to corporations, and franchise outfits. I have worked in numerous styles of restaurants from the ma and pa concept, to family style, bar menus, pizzerias, bbq, to multi unit in house corporate. I have even owned my own restaurant at one point in my life.
Work Terms
Will work the hours I need to work to complete the contract. Email is the best way to get a hold of me if you need to contact me. Besides catering in the past, this will be my first time doing contracts online, so please bare with me. I typically charge $20 an hour, but I am negotiable on different services.
