I'm well-versed in data management including merging spreadsheets, splitting columns, importing data from other programs, exporting data to other programs, and auditing data to ensure each field contains the correct data.
Additionally, I hold a master's degree in human resource management and development. I can help coach you through a career change, having tough conversations with your employees, managing organizational change and design, or just be a sounding board.
I'm a skilled active listener and more often than not, we have the answers inside of us already - we just need to give ourselves permission to let them float to the front of our minds.
Work Terms
My preferred communication is via email to secure agreement on project scope, payment rate, and payment terms. Once those are documented, we can use Skype or phone calls as needed.
I'm happy to do fixed rate or hourly billing. If we agree on hourly, my minimum is for one hour. After the first hour, I bill in quarter-hour increments.
I freelance on a part-time basis only as I have a full-time role during the week
