George Garcia, MBA, MCSE (X2), Microsoft Cloud Consultant, Microsoft Silver level partner, and former LAPD Officer with over 20 years of experience in IT administration, consulting, project management, IT security, and architecting cloud solutions in the DOD and commercial business sectors including the Los Angeles Police Department, US Department of Homeland, US Navy, US Air Force, and US Coast Guard. He previously served in the US Navy in data centers where he was awarded a United States Naval Achievement medal for work performed on messaging systems. Mr. Garcia also holds an MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management and specializes in providing holistic IT cloud solutions as well as streamlining and improving IT operations for organizations of different sizes. He also holds several IT related certifications in the fields of virtualization, network security, and cloud computing. He is currently assisting organizations leverage the power of Microsoft cloud in order to create the "modern workplace". A digital transformation which leverages new paradigms and capabilities in the areas of machine learning, analytics, and business intelligence to reduce costs, enhance productivity, boost operational agility, and improve security. Other initiatives include assisting organizations in meeting NIST/CMMC DOD/DFARS related governance and compliance framework through planning, implementation, and assessments.
