I am the Principal Consultant of Strategic Consulting & Advisory Services. I provides strategic business solutions to my clients including; pricing and costing of goods and services to deliver business profitability, business strategy consulting, succession planning and organizational planning. I advise on corporate structures, debt restructuring, business combinations and valuations. I have worked in Barbados, Bermuda, Canada and the Cayman Islands. I started my career with a major accounting firm where I gained experience in audit accounting and management consulting before moving into the international business sector. My broader experience includes the financial services sector, hospitality, information technology and the public sector. I have served in the capacity of either CFO or Controller in a number of organizations. I am a Fellow of the Certified General Accountant Association of Canada and gained my designation in 1990. He was elected to fellowship in 2004. In addition I have completed programs with the Association of Corporate Secretaries and Administrators in Canada and the Canadian Securities Course. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Applied Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. I was elected a Fellow of CGA Canada and the local institute in 2004.I enjoy playing squash and reading.. I have come to enjoy watching rugby as my son plays actively.
I am available we on week days up to 6 p.m. most evenings. I am flexible with my clients to meet the demands of projects, but work life balance is critical to achieving the right results for a project.
