Work Terms

1. Plagiarism and IP theft can lead to the termination of work.
2. No compromise with quality and consistency of work.
3. It is the client who decides whether re-work is needed and writers should be prepared for rework if needed.
4. Timely payment of salaries and perks.
5. We encourage talent and follow ethical standards. We expect the same from Employees.
RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Employees may wear any type of dress, but are requested not to wear obscene-looking or professionally improper attire.
2. Use of obscene slangs is prohibited within the office.
3. Surfing adult web sites or having a personal video chat during office hours is prohibited.
4. Listening to loud music with speakers on in the office is not permitted.
5. The office timing is 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM with a one –hour lunch break.
6. Two 30-minutes break apart from the lunch-break is permissible.
7. Employees may skip a day of work in a week and fill the gap up by working on weekends.
8. Employees may signal to harassment or improper behavior by directly reporting it to the CEO.
9. Use of vulgar language/obscenity is prohibited while using office network/emails.
10. Employees are not allowed to stay in the office after 7.00 PM without prior notice.
REMUNERATIONS
Our minimum remuneration for Native English Writers is $0.06 per word. For Indians, it is Re 0.50 per word.
