Work Terms

My preferred payment method is through SafePay Escrow typically but I am open to a few other options. Regardless, I will use a 3rd party to ensure the legitimacy and safety for you and me both. I expect a payment of at least 30% up front and the rest upon completion. Should the assignment go beyond 1 (one) full month, I feel it is reasonable for me to request a "draw" that will be deducted upon completion from the agreed amount of payment.
I like to speak to ALL clients via telephone preferably but email communication is minimally required. Should questions arise with either party , an exchange of phone numbers is always preferred. If you are in a different country than I am, we will arrange an amicable way to communicate. I like to communicate upon consideration for the assignment/job, as well as offer a courtesy call to inform you of my progress and/or direction. I use a voicemail system in the daytime hours to be reached and will return all phone calls in the evening after 5 pm PST.
I have a policy of satisfying all of my clients. Should you decide (or me for that matter) that you are discouraged, unhappy, or disgruntled over something related to our working relationship, the potential to negotiate our agreed price is possible. I am a reasonable man and feel that if you come to me (or I come to you) and express discontent, then a discount or negotiation must be justified. This has NOT been an issue and it is likely that it will NOT be with you as well.
