Hello, My name is Craig Anthony Vita. I am 31 years old, and I am from the Philippines. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing. My work experience is not related to my degree, but I always do my best to be as versatile as I am now and go out of the box.

I have been in the call center industry for more than 5 years, and my passion in providing a superb customer service will never change because that's what I do best. I am proficient in using some microsoft software packages, Drips, Zendesk, and Zoom.

My vast experience in my previous jobs molded me to become competitive, do multi-tasking and able to work in a fast-paced environment. I am a team player and also comfortable to work independently. You can always count on my reliability, accuracy, and integrity.

I am very trainable and knowledgeable, and I strongly believe that there is always a room for improvement.
