About

Many years experience as a Telephone Customer Service Representative

After graduating from High School, I worked at the Sears Service Center in Pomona, CA, while attending college part time. I earned 14 Top Sales Awards and consistently exceeded sales quotas. After that I began to get jobs in similar positions, including a Summer Seasonal Job with Transworld Recreational Services (An affiliate of Transworld Airlines) in Yellowstone National Park, WY; Household Finance West Coast Corporate Headquarters, Pomona, CA (now HSBC); The Bank of America Consumer Lending Center in Brea CA, and a Phone Banker at Wells Fargo & Co.'s Orange County Phone Bank. All these jobs have provided me with excellent training and onboarding experiences, and I held positions for over 5 years with at least three of these major companies.

After the Financial Recession Crisis hit, I re-careered with a State-approved program and began a career in Travel/Tourism/Hospitality. During my tenure I've worked for Wyndham Resorts and the Marriott Worldwide Reservation Center - Orange County and interacted with Triple A Travel associates.

I have taken many career aptitude and interests tests - among them, the Myers-Briggs Survey, where I scored as an "INFJ" - which is the World's Rarest Personality Type! At this point in my career, I'm currently in search of a new direction. I have many interests and lots of potential with my background, education and many transferable skills. I'm solution focused, results driven and goal oriented. Give me a try and let me show you what I'm all about!
