Don't look any further for a better programmer. Matthews astonished me with his exceptional ability to communicate technical issues in both written and oral forms. His initiative and hands free ability to create and innovate made my original idea for a product enhancement a much better one. I've been a hard core programmer myself for 20 years, and know talent when I see it.
