as houdini artist i am able to create a procedural props / environments / terrains
i make different HDAs for different purpose like 1 HDA for props 1 HDA for scater geometry some time both if nedeed, then you can use it HDA in unreal / unity / maya / max / houdini engine i for free for unity / unreal.
