I have 5 years experience in working in a call center and worked in different accounts, like AT&T and T-MOBILE for technical support, Hawaiian Airlines for Reservations, Reliable Insurances, Capital one and Sallie Mae for financial support. We also did Upsells and offer upgrades to customers.

I have also worked with different campaigns from ODESK. and had good feedback from my previous clients. I worked as an appointment setter, lead generator,telemarketer, call screener, operator, virtual assistant and print quality assurance. My other skills includes, Data mining, Email handling, photo editing using Adobe Photoshop and video editing using sony vegas, I am also good in google docs. I have experience in using different types of CRM like five9, Siebel, Sales force and Zendesk.
