I am an experienced Publishing Consultant/Telemarketer of which I do outbound calls for our products and services. I do set appointments and follow up calls for clients who wanted more information about what we are offering.I have been working in BPO for 5 years thus I was able to developed skills that are needed to win the hearts and minds of the clients. I worked for HP (Hewlett-Packard) and Microsoft before as a Technical Support as well thus customer handling is easy for me.
