GREETINGS
I’m a bit of a geeky-but-mostly-normal guy raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles who wants to make a difference in people's lives. I’m married and I have two amazing grown daughters of whom I am exceedingly proud. My Phoenix home is dominated by our four big dogs (3 Siberian Huskies and a Boxer). I love it. I wouldn’t trade lives with anyone. So I guess you came to this page to get a little more background on who I am right? Here you go…


MY STORY
I've always enjoyed training and helping other people. In fact, every job I've ever held had some element of training to it. And I've kinda done it all. From lead server at The Olive Garden to sales trainer at Seagate Technology to Leadership Development at Banner Health.

It wasn't until I had my bout with cancer that I realized I really wanted to be doing more. I wanted to be making a difference. I spent months reading, exploring and trying to figure out what I wanted to be when I grew up. I knew what I was good at and I knew what I enjoyed doing, but I was never sure how it all translated into doing something meaningful. So, I decided to start an executive coach.

In the last few years I've been fortunate to work with 100's of executives and leaders.

I love ice cream.
My wife met at a BBQ and were married on the 4th of July exactly 5 years later
I have a passion for riding sport bikes
I am an adrenaline junkie. I've been cage diving with sharks, skydiving, bungee jumping, rock climbing, and I've driven a race car at over 150 mph on a NASCAR track.
I've secretly always wanted to be movie star, or an airline pilot.

Work Terms

Coaching engagements are done by phone and are typically 3-5 sessions long but can go longer, depending on your needs. In most cases, coaching calls are one hour long. Many of my clients keep me on retainer for one coaching call per month so we can check in on progress on existing goals and discuss new ones.
