He has managed Operations in many start-up companies in Sri Lanka and Ethiopia. He has worked in multiple industries, such as FMCG, NGO, Government, and Business Enterprises.

His experience spans from working in sourcing, grading, recruitment, allocation, training and development, performance management to ensuring organizations are geared up to progress with a great talent pipeline with minimal risk on critical resources.

David is also an expert in Compliance, Sustainability, Safety, Health, and Environment. He is a Lead Auditor for Human Resource Development (HRD) OHSAS 18001, IS)O 140001 and excellent in Social and regulatory compliance.

David has served in Multinational organization with multicultural organizations in diverse business sectors. He is a great asset in the areas of Lean Implementation and has a vast amount of knowledge and experience as he has served with the United Nations, German Development Cooperation, Government of Sri Lanka and many other leading business organizations.
